DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
If your product arrives damaged, you will be required to return the product(s), at your cost, to PSquare Scents within ten (10) business days from the date it was delivered to you in order to receive a replacement. If it was shattered our obviously broken you can send me a picture of the damaged product and the box it came in. In an effort to keep costs as low as possible for all my customers, and to prevent fraudulent transactions, the damaged item(s) must be received by me before replacement item(s) will be shipped.
***Please note: In rare instances, a new batch of your specific product may need to be produced in order to replace your item(s), and will delay the return of your product(s) by approximately 2-9 business days.
We try to keep all shipping cost low by recycling shipping material.
If you paid more then $1.00 in shipping we will refund you the difference and email you asap to inform you as well.
